McEachern Out Of National Rankings

The McEachern Lady Indians went from No.1 in the nation to out of the national rankings after suffering its second loss in three games, a 74-70 setback to Osbourne. McEachern had been ranked No.1 before losing to Liberty (TX) 45-43 in the Sandra Meadows Classic in Duncanville, TX.

McEachern (11-2) rebounded from the loss by defeating North Paulding 86-35 Friday night in region action. They will return to the court Tuesday to take on region opponent Harrison (11-2).

The Lady Indians are playing the remainder of the season without second-leading scorer and leading rebounder Caliya Robinson. Robinson is out with a knee injury.

Osborne (14-1) and McEachern will meet again on Friday January 23rd at McEachern.
