McGaffney Tosses 2TD As Iron Horse Fall Short in GDFL Opener

The Mississippi Iron Horse were looking to strong start out of the gate in 2012. After falling short of making the GDFL playoffs in 2011 as the then-Pike County Iron Horse, they knew it would be important to get this season off to a good start.

Returning quarterback Daniel McGaffney showed his off-season improvement tossing touchdown passes of 16 and 54 yards hitting James Morris and Patrick Washington respectively. However the Tri County Heroes were too much in the end.
